Des has developed significant expertise in restitution and in particular the field of undue influence. He has in-depth experience in property disputes, guarantees, trusts and estates litigation.
Des is regularly requested to provide interpretation of agreements for sale and purchase and specialises in the Land Transfer Act and the Property Law Act.
